FAQ

If you are experiencing any of the above issues please try the following:

1)Navigate to your library within the ArtScroll app

2)On the top right you will see a button labeled “Check for Updates”. Click “Check for Updates” - this will take a few moments as the app gathers information regarding which files need to be updated.

3)Now click the "Update All" button - the updating process can take quite some time depending on how many files need to be downloaded. The app may be used during the "Updating" process.

If for any reason your library completed updating but still displays the bubbled numbers please follow the next set of instructions:

4)Click the home button once to exit the Artscroll application

5)Double click the home button and you will see a tray of all applications that are running in the background.
 
6)Hold your finger down on the ArtScroll app until it starts jiggling with a red "-" on the top left.
 
7)Click the red "-" to force quit the app.

8)Then click the home button once again, and navigate back to the ArtScroll app and re-open it.

9)Now repeat steps 1, 2, and 3
