Unfortunately there is no way for us to directly refund your purchases, but here are 2 options available:

1)Contact apple: (In order to get a refund you need to contact apple. Apple is known to respond fairly quickly, and are very liberal with their refunds. Below are instructions for contacting apple):

• Go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/
• Click on iTunes Store icon (the little green shopping bag icon)
• Select "Purchases, Billing & Redemption
• Select the topic is not listed - enter a topic - click enter - click continue
• Click on the email option if it shows it to you
• Fill out the form and hit continue

2)We can give you an ArtScroll.com gift certificate (which can only be used for purchase at the ArtScroll.com website, if you choose this option we will need your full Address)
