If you received a message "your password is incorrect" when trying to make a purchase, it means either you are entering your password incorrectly, you forgot your password, or worst case scenario your account was hacked. There is no middle ground here - apple does not change your password unless you ask them to (by means of resetting your password). ArtScroll has no control over your apple password even when you are purchasing within the ArtScroll application.
