Why is my app not working properly since upgrading to iOS 7?

The adjustment to iOS7 has been challenging for app developers. Our developer has confirmed that only the most recent version of the ArtScroll Digital Library app is fully compatible with iOS 7. Thus, the app must be up-to-date prior to updating the operating system.

Some of our customers have found that updating the app afterward succeeded in resolving the issues they were experiencing, so we would suggest trying that first: Go to the App Store and check for updates. If there is an update available for the ArtScroll Digital Library, select it.

You will then need to go to the store in the app and click on the "Restore Now" link. Enter your password when prompted. Your volumes should appear in a list. If you do not see your individual volumes appear, refresh that page. Then click on the "Download" link to download your items.

If updating does not help, it seems that the only way to fix the issue is to completely uninstall and re-install the app.

We sent out a push notification informing our customers of the correct updating sequence (ArtScroll Digital Library > iOS 7) just before Yom Tov, but many users were understandably too busy to notice it.
